The Sports & Rehabilitation Center provides outpatient Physical, Industrial and Sports Therapy services to assist in the recovery of orthopaedic injuries and conditions.  The rehabilitation staff takes an active approach to recovery and works as a team in order to help each patient achieve his or her individual goals.

Our aspirations are to provide the most effective rehabilitation experience, to attain maximum improvement as quickly as possible and to return patients, workers and athletes back to their active lifestyle.   

The Rehabilitation Center is open Monday & Wednesday: 7:00a.m. - 6:30p.m., Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30a.m. - 7:00p.m.  and  Friday: 7:00a.m. - 5:30p.m.
